Founded a captive subsidiary of a international US based company, grew it to one of the high performing companies in India which has been accorded acclaimed industry recognition. As the CEO, led the development of a high performing team, creating an accountability driven culture, with emphasis on gender diversity, flexible work place practices, which successfully enabled complex systems development for company, designing the optimum processes to ensure high quality deliverables, in schedule and cost.

Demonstrated the ability to recognise the individual strengths of team members and strive to fully engage and utilize those strengths to align and position organizations for growth and success.

Facilitated navigating the organization through significant changes, crisis, and uncertainty while sustaining superior performance from a highly engaged and loyal workforce determined to make a distinctive contribution. Led the merger of the company to a large outsourcing giant with minimal impact on business and successively satisfying employee aspirations.
